Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham York

This place was clean, quiet and had a laundry facility. This was especially helpful, since we were traveling with a 5 month old baby.

From check in to check out I had a great stay. Highly recommended. My room was spotless! Bed and pillows were heavenly. I’ve stayed in many hotels across the country and this was by far the cleanest overall. The TV was a bit frustrating to figure out, but I just jotted down the numbers of the channels I like. I can’t review the breakfast or pool since it was too loud and crowded with vacationing families, which is to be expected this time of year. However, for lunch or dinner is a delicious Chinese food restaurant in the same parking lot, just steps away! All employees were kind, efficient, and professional. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Stayed here for 4 days on vacation and was very pleased. Great breakfast with 24 hr coffee that saved my life. The rooms and hotel are very clean. The walls are little thin. It's a nice place to stay.

Want to say thank you to jacob and matthew at the front desk. Every One was always Busy cleaning and working hard around the property. all the amenities included with your stay the pool And breakfast Are all fantastic. The good work will be visiting you guys again soon. Thanks

When ranking a hotel, I believe the price should factor into what you should expect. A two-star hotel is never going to give you five star service. That being said, this hotel outperformed other hotels and it's category. There was an inside pool, a warm breakfast, clean rooms, clean grounds, and a friendly staff. The beds were extremely comfortable, each with four very nice pillows. The location was excellent. Internet and TV services were adequate. AC was a little loud but to be expected. My only real issue was the paper thin wall between rooms. Or perhaps it was the adjourning locked door that the sound seeped through. Background noise from the air conditioner or sleeping with the TV on solved this issue. But without it, you can clearly hear what the people beside us were saying. Granted they were a little loud, but still you shouldn't be able to hear them that well. Other than this one issue, I was very pleased

Trip in fall of 2024 - little late posting but just wanted to share that this was a nice location and folks were very nice. For an overnight stay it was convenient and tucked away off the main road, but it was nice to be a little secluded! Rooms were nice for the stay it's not the Ritz, but would stay again if ever in the area again! Nice stay too, people were friendly at check in/check out! Thanks!!

The rooms feel a little dated, but are very spacious. The full coin laundry is a great option! The main lobby is gorgeous and the front desk clerk was super hospitable and helpful... When we checked in past midnight. I was disappointed that when I called to confirm breakfast, I forgot to say we'd be there on the weekend, so we missed the complimentary breakfast. The location is a bit of the beaten path (at least it felt that way arriving at night, but it was super quick and easy to continue on north the next morning!

Wow! I'm not sure I've ever been blown away by a microtel. Incredibly clean. Amazing service. Breakfast was fresh and The breakfast attendant was extremely nice and attentive. If you pass this place up, you're doing yourself a disservice. Nice job microtel!
